When does the 14-day trial begin?

The intended lifecycle starts the trial when an eligible checkout succeeds. Trial conversion, cancellation, expiration, and recovery are still being verified, so checkout is not open yet.

Will a card be required for the trial?

That decision has not been finalized. The requirement will be shown clearly before any trial checkout can begin; this page does not imply a card-free trial.

What does “per 5-profile pack” mean?

One Pro subscription target covers up to five profiles. Additional packs and limits above the self-serve range will be documented before they can be purchased.

Can I switch cadence or cancel?

Self-serve billing management, interval changes, invoices, and cancellation are launch requirements. They are not represented as live until the portal and webhook lifecycle pass production verification.
